Job Title: TikTok Live Host

Position Summary
The TikTok Live Host is responsible for representing the brand during live streaming sessions on TikTok. This role focuses on engaging viewers in real time, showcasing products or services, driving sales or conversions, and building brand awareness through energetic, professional, and persuasive live content. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, highly engaging, and knowledgeable about social media trends and audience interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Live Streaming & Content Delivery
Host live TikTok sessions to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
Present products clearly, confidently, and accurately, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate products live and respond to real-time questions from viewers.
Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout live sessions.
Audience Engagement & Growth
Interact with viewers through comments, polls, and Q&A to increase engagement and retention.
Encourage follows, likes, shares, and conversions during live streams.
Build rapport with audiences to foster brand loyalty and repeat viewership.
Sales & Performance
Drive sales through effective product pitching and call-to-action strategies.
Meet or exceed performance goals such as viewership, engagement, and conversion targets.
Track basic performance metrics and provide feedback to the marketing team.
Brand Representation & Compliance
Represent the brand in alignment with company values, tone, and messaging.
Follow TikTok platform guidelines, brand policies, and compliance requirements.
Maintain a professional appearance and on-camera presence at all times.
Collaboration & Preparation
Coordinate with marketing, sales, or product teams on promotions, launches, and campaigns.
Prepare talking points, scripts, and product knowledge ahead of live sessions.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think quickly and respond to live audience interactions.
Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Live features, and social media trends.
Sales, hosting, content creation, or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable internet connection and suitable filming environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience as a live host, influencer, streamer, or brand ambassador.
E-commerce or product sales experience.
Knowledge of analytics, engagement metrics, or affiliate marketing.
Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish preferred but not required).
Physical & Technical Requirements
Ability to remain on camera for extended periods.
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of live streams.
Comfortable using smartphones, lighting, microphones, and basic streaming equipment.
