Responsibilities          

• Receive inbound shipments and ensure documentation is accurate prior to systemically receiving goods
• Utilize ERP system to accurately document “bin locations” and complete inventory transfers throughout various warehouse locations and/or production work cells
• Utilize ERP system to support cycle counts and make required inventory adjustments
• Run reports to identify inventory discrepancies and work closely with Production and Purchasing to troubleshoot inventory issues
• Lead and/or drive cross functional initiatives related to inventory management
• Maintaining clean and safe working environment
• Driving forklift and box truck

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience of data entry and working with ERP system such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to recognize problems, collaborate internally, and take owner ship to drive positive change
• Self starter and commitment to being a strong team player who is also comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
• Ability to operate forklift, box trucks, and pallet jacks
• Attention to details, especially with documentation
• Physically able to lift and move product weighing 50lbs+
