Laborer

Looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a helmet reconditioning facility. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who takes pride in quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and sort used helmets by brand, size, and condition

• Disassemble helmets (facemasks, chinstraps, internal components)

• Clean and sanitize shells and parts using industrial equipment

• Inspect helmets for damage and document rejected or replaced parts

• Repair and refurbish helmets (sanding, buffing, painting, part replacement)

• Reassemble helmets using hand tools (drills, rivet guns, screwdrivers)

• Perform final quality and safety inspections

• Package and label helmets for shipping

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with hand tools and machinery

• Physical stamina (standing, lifting, repetitive motion)

• Basic mechanical skills

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
