Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Metal Stamping Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate stamping presses and related equipment to produce metal parts according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate metal stamping machines, including punch presses, dies, and feeders.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in metal stamping or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to loud noises, machinery, and metal materials.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
