Production Supervisor – Pickle Production

Full-Time | On-Site | Food Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations. This role oversees production scheduling, team leadership, raw material management, and food safety compliance (FDA, FSIS, HACCP, GMP). The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily production based on customer demand, staffing, inventory, and equipment availability.

• Adjust labor and line setups throughout the shift to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Order and rotate raw materials; maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Ensure HACCP, SOP, GMP, and sanitation standards are followed and documented.

• Train and direct production staff, machine operators, and forklift operators.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance needs.

• Maintain production and quality control paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience (food industry preferred).

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and FDA/FSIS regulations.

• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
