Legacy Career Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected construction services company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. This role oversees commercial construction projects from planning through closeout and requires strong hands-on construction experience and the ability to lead field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage multiple construction projects.

• Oversee field technicians, subcontractors, and site operations.

• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and on-time project execution.

• Communicate with clients through customer portals and internal systems.

• Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues.

• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.

• Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and documentation.

• Order tools, materials, equipment, and project supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of hands-on construction experience (electrical, plumbing, general trades).

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.

• Preferred: experience in grocery store and healthcare/hospital environments.

• Working knowledge of construction codes and OSHA safety requirements.

• Proficiency with customer portals and construction management software.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
