Data Scrubbers / Data Quality Specialists

Position Summary

Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) is seeking detail-oriented Data Scrubbers / Data Quality Specialists for a 6-month temporary assignment supporting our municipal client. This role requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and proficiency in Excel. All responsibilities will be taught using the client’s current SOP for the Lead & Copper Project.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured workflows, reviewing records, and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze As-Built documents using Geocortex

• Verify service line materials and associated data

• Review INFOR Work Orders to identify service line replacements not shown in As-Built documents

• Review INFOR Asset Management for existing service line data

• Use INFOR Billing Lookup (if access is provided) to confirm active accounts

• Research property build dates using online real estate tools

• Update and track service line information in Excel, including:

  • Material type

  • As-Built reference

  • Installation date

  • Property build date (when applicable)

• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Lead & Copper Project

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, updating datasets)

• Ability to follow structured procedures and SOPs

• Comfortable learning new computer systems

• Experience in data entry, document review, GIS tools, or asset-management systems is preferred
