Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch company drivers and assign daily loads based on availability and route optimization

  • Serve as the main communication point between drivers, customers, and internal departments

  • Manage real-time updates, route changes, exceptions, delays, and shift handoffs

  • Input orders, delivery data, and driver notes into dispatch software

  • Track fleet movements, monitor schedules, and troubleshoot operational issues

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with urgency and professionalism

  • Maintain organized digital documentation for billing, compliance, and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish

  • 1+ year experience in a trucking, logistics, or transportation office

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume calls

  • Strong multitasking skills under pressure

  • Proven reliability and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior dispatching or load-planning experience

  • Experience with fleet management or GPS dispatch systems

  • Telemarketing or outbound call experience


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
