Key Responsibilities
Dispatch company drivers and assign daily loads based on availability and route optimization
Serve as the main communication point between drivers, customers, and internal departments
Manage real-time updates, route changes, exceptions, delays, and shift handoffs
Input orders, delivery data, and driver notes into dispatch software
Track fleet movements, monitor schedules, and troubleshoot operational issues
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with urgency and professionalism
Maintain organized digital documentation for billing, compliance, and reporting
Required Qualifications
Fully bilingual English/Spanish
1+ year experience in a trucking, logistics, or transportation office
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume calls
Strong multitasking skills under pressure
Proven reliability and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Prior dispatching or load-planning experience
Experience with fleet management or GPS dispatch systems
Telemarketing or outbound call experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
