About the Opportunity
Legacy Career Solutions is partnering with a stable, well-established organization to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Invoice Assistant to support a busy Real Estate department. This is an onsite role in Ontario, CA and offers strong potential for long-term employment for the right candidate.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, and understands the importance of punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data and maintain records in internal systems
Process and track invoices to support timely payments
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Communicate with vendors and internal staff, including Spanish-speaking contacts
Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Required Qualifications
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Spanish-English bilingual communication strongly preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
Work Environment
Fully onsite role in Ontario, CA
Fast-paced professional office setting
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
