Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in a gym equipment warehouse. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts for gym equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) according to production requirements.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Program CNC machines or adjust existing programs as needed.

• Handle materials safely, including storage and organization within the warehouse.

• Package and prepare finished parts for shipping or assembly.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.

• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation related to machined parts.

Qualifications:

• Entry level Machine Operator or similar role.

• Strong understanding of machinery, tooling, and materials (metal, aluminum, steel, etc.).

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and precision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
