Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (occasional overtime, no weekends)

Snelling Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Operations Specialist for a well-established company in the St. Louis area. Responsibilities
Safely deliver products to customers within a 100-mile radius of the greater St. Louis area.
Load and unload large, heavy items (such as windows and doors) by hand and with team assistance, lifting up to 125 lbs individually and up to 450 lbs as a team.
Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.
Inspect vehicles daily and report any deficiencies to management.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and all necessary paperwork, noting any discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with management to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.
Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, scanning, stocking, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and carts.
Support and follow all safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
Requirements
Experience driving a box or straight truck (GVWR under 26,000 lbs).
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate and MO Class E License (if not already held).
Clean driving record and reliable attendance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude.
Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
General knowledge of the greater St. Louis metro area and surrounding region is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and assist with team lifts up to 450 lbs.
