Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Bethlehem
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm, plus overtime
Pay Rate: $19/hr
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a high reach forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate high reach forklift safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, and stack products in designated areas

Perform put-aways and replenishment of stock

Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

Valid forklift license or certification (High Reach experience required)

Minimum [6 months – 2 years] of experience operating a high reach forklift

Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures

Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks
