We’re seeking reliable, hardworking Production Workers to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery used in the production or packaging process
Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality and accuracy
Load and unload materials, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety procedures
Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
Communicate with team members and supervisors about equipment or material needs
Follow all company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Pay rate: $10.70
Day shift: 7a-3:30p
Night shift: 10:15p-6:45a
