Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take charge of major commercial and DOT projects across Ohio and West Virginia? We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish — ensuring quality, safety, and success on every job.
What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple commercial and DOT construction projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs
Oversee project documentation including estimates, plans, specifications, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment with field supervision
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial or DOT projects
Bridge construction experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with Scheduling Software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
Experience with B2W/HCSS and Construction Accounting Software a plus
Civil Engineering background highly valued
