NOW HIRING: Commercial Construction Laborers (Cross-Trained in Masonry)

Pay: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)
Location: Parkersburg, WV
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

MOVE Staffing is seeking dependable and skilled Commercial Construction Laborers with masonry experience and a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and variety — you won’t be limited to one task or trade. Our client offers consistent, year-round work due to their cross-trained crews.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of construction tasks including masonry, concrete, framing, and general labor.

• Assist with building, repair, and installation projects on commercial job sites.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Work closely with crew leaders to complete daily assignments on schedule.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction and masonry required.

• Must have your own basic hand tools.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical labor.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.

• Must be able to work well with others and follow safety procedures.
