We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for answering phones, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in our computer system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide customer service support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Enter and process customer orders into the company’s computer system with accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks
Support management with administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
