AMG Vanadium (AMG V) is seeking Production Team Members to join our growing organization at our Zanesville Plant. AMG Vanadium’s Production Team Member is responsible for the safety, environmental compliance, quality, production, and product delivery in AMG V’s melting and roasting operation. -Comply with all AMG V policies and procedures, safety and environmental requirements, and AMG’s Code of Business Conduct -Embrace and promote the AMG V culture in all day-to-day activities -Operate AMG V’s electric arc furnace and/or roaster, system controls, and mobile equipment as required -Maximize productivity and optimize equipment uptime to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met -Engage in team problem-solving and decision-making activities -Utilize principals of lean manufacturing, including 6S, to support operational and process improvements -Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a high performing team.
