Our client is a leading utility company in Allentown is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-impact initiatives and keep projects on track, on budget, and moving forward. This is a long-term temporary role (at least 18 months) with competitive pay and the chance to work on major programs that directly support critical operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a portfolio of projects from start to finish, ensuring success across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Monitor resources, financials, and risks while keeping leadership informed with clear updates.

Resolve conflicts and keep projects moving forward with strong facilitation skills.

Build strong partnerships with consultants, procurement, and business teams.

Motivate and guide project staff while ensuring best practices are followed.
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Proven success in project management, including financial oversight and resource planning.

Strong MS Office and project management software skills.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities while driving efficiency and results.

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
This is a hybrid role (Tuesdays & Wednesdays onsite).
