We are seeking an Equipment Operator to support the production and finishing of magnetic products. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Weigh and move components according to batch records
Operate blending and processing equipment, including computer-controlled systems
Inspect in-process materials for quality and sample products per QC procedures
Perform daily equipment checks, resolve issues, and maintain inspection logs
Operate forklift to move and store raw materials
Maintain equipment, keep work areas clean, and follow OSHA safety regulations
Report product inconsistencies and recommend improvements
Assist mechanics and support process improvements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of related experience preferred (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals) and ability to read precision measuring tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety procedures and complete production paperwork
Willingness to work extended hours as needed
