We are looking for a Production Operator to support the manufacturing and finishing of magnetic products. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping production areas safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate punch press and packaging equipment
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
Inspect materials and sample products for quality compliance
Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe
Operate forklift (training/licensing provided) to move raw materials and finished goods
Complete required production paperwork accurately
Assist mechanics and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six weeks of related experience preferred (training provided)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
