Customer Service & Office Support Specialist
Location: Parkersburg, WV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $14–$16/hour depending on experience + benefits
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Office Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist customers at the front counter and over the phone, process orders, prepare invoices/quotes, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
Prepare invoices, quotes, and process customer orders
Answer and direct calls; resolve routine questions and customer concerns
Process copy/print jobs and use estimating software (training provided)
Order supplies and maintain accurate records
Support sales, marketing, and production scheduling
Review job orders for specifications, printing/shipping instructions, and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and workspace
Ensure quality control on completed jobs and report errors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service or sales experience (printing/graphics industry preferred)
Strong communication skills (in person and by phone)
Comfortable with computers and new technology
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
