Responsibilities:

The essential functions of this position will include, but not be limited to, oversight and execution of the

following:

? Machine Setup: Setting up milling machines according to job specifications, including selecting the

appropriate tools, configuring settings, and performing test runs. 

? Operation Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the milling process to ensure accurate shaping and

cutting, adjusting as necessary to maintain quality. 

? Quality Assurance: Inspecting finished products for defects and conformity to specifications. 

? Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials into the milling equipment. 

? Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations. 

? Data Recording: Recording operational data, production logs, and material usage.



Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory:

? High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree or certification in related field preferred).

? 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing and operations is required.

o Forging and forging tooling & design is desired.

o Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.

? Ability to read and comprehend a variety of instructions and standard operating procedures.

? Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

o Working with management and making presentations will be required.

? Self-motivated and ability to work well with others.

perform the functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit

and occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 40lbs. Specific vision

abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and

ability to focus. While in the shop safety glasses or prescription glasses are required.
