We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, digitizing and organizing files, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and preparing documents.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
Support calendar management and scheduling for staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
