Label Coordinator

Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Join HTSS as a Label Coordinator and play a key role in supporting clinical trials and commercial packaging operations.

In this position, you’ll help set up, design, and manage product labels used in global clinical studies and commercial runs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure labeling is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare labels per study and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and production teams

• Use tools like SAP, Smartsheets, and label printing software

• Ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs

• Support documentation, timelines, and label room operations

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of labeling or production experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; SAP/Smartsheets experience a plus

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance preferred
