Contract & Logistics Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contract & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in keeping orders moving—accurately processing sales and purchase contracts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors, customers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
Enter and maintain accurate sales and purchase contract data.
Track and coordinate material receipts and deliveries.
Arrange shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
Complete shipping and receiving transactions with proper documentation.
Maintain organized contract files and prepare status reports.
Support quality reviews and help resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to meet deadlines.

Experience in contract administration, logistics, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with data entry.
