Job Title: General Laborer – Packer/Assembler (Foam Products)
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Pay: $16.00/hour starting; increases to $18.00/hour after approximately 90 days upon hire, plus full benefits

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Overtime offered occasionally but not typically mandatory

• Weekends are generally not required

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as General Laborer – Packer/Assemblers. In this role, you will assemble and pack foam products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble foam products according to specifications

• Inspect items for quality before packing

• Pack finished products securely for shipping

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety guidelines around machinery

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous manufacturing, packing, or assembly experience a plus but not required

Dress Code:

• Closed-toe shoes required

• Shorts are acceptable

• No baggy clothing (must fit properly for safety)

• T-shirts are fine
