Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for open positions

Maintain applicant tracking records and update candidate status

Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

Support HR team with employee file management and data entry

Coordinate interviews and pre-employment requirements

Provide administrative support for HR projects as needed
Qualifications:

1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
