Business Development Professional

One of our valued manufacturing partners is looking for a business development professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Professional:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
• Meet with customers regularly to provide business solutions and technical support.
• Learn from internal departments (engineering, estimating, customer service) to fully understand the company's systems and product offerings.
• Present and discuss electroplating services and capabilities with current and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain contact with key partners and decision-makers.
• Travel as needed to support territory and client needs (Chicagoland area & Indiana).

What You Bring as the Business Development Professional:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to learn technical product information and speak confidently about services.
• Moderate travel availability.
• Self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday | Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Base Salary: $80,000/year
• Plus commission for new business development
