We are hiring an Accountant for a local Nonprofit in the Twin Cities. The Accountant will be part of the organization's goals, philosophy, and mission, providing full-cycle support to the accounting team.

As Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain accurate general ledger, financial reporting, and budgeting

• Provide financial insights and be a resource for complex financial transactions and fund tracking/reporting

• Support audit preparation and the consolidation of financial statements
• Assist with development of internal accounting procedures and training

Who qualifies for the Accountant role?

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

How much will you earn as the Accountant?

• Annual Salary; $65K-$75K
