We are hiring a Controller for a local Company in the Twin Cities. The Controller will be part of the organization's continued growth and process improvement.
As the Controller, you will be responsible for:
Review and oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and fixed assets.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Lead the month end and year end close processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and coordinate audits
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
- Lead, mentor and develop the accounting/finance team
- Provide financial reporting and support strategic planning and business decisions with financial insights
Who qualifies for the Controller role?
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
How much will you earn as the Controller?
- Annual Salary; $135-$165K
