We are hiring a Controller for a local Company in the Twin Cities. The Controller will be part of the organization's continued growth and process improvement.

As the Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Review and oversight of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and fixed assets.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Lead the month end and year end close processes

• Collaborate with external auditors and coordinate audits
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections 
• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting/finance team
• Provide financial reporting and support strategic planning and business decisions with financial insights

Who qualifies for the Controller role?

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

How much will you earn as the Controller?

• Annual Salary; $135-$165K
