Key Staffing is partnering with a leading industrial solutions company to hire an experienced Inventory Coordinator with strong SAP knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting audit processes, and driving department improvements.


Inventory Coordinator (SAP Experience Required)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay Rate: $24 – $25/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
OT: Available and may be required for quarterly weekend audits/cycle counts



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inventory transactions using SAP

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with quarterly audits

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement

  • Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to track and analyze data

  • Identify discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues

  • Proactively contribute ideas for improving inventory processes

  • Ensure all reporting and documentation is accurate and timely


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control or logistics

  • SAP proficiency is a must

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products

  • Familiarity with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Able to work independently and show initiative in process improvement


Additional Info:

  • Must be available to travel to corporate HQ in New Brighton, MN after 30 days for 2–3 days of training (travel covered)
