Residential Youth Supervisor

Now Hiring: Residential Supervisor – Evenings 
Naperville, IL | Full-Time | $23–$26/hr | Monday–Friday, 2PM - 10 PM + rotating weekends

At The Ace Consulting Group, we connect passionate professionals with mission-driven organizations. We’re hiring a Residential Supervisor for our client, a highly respected youth services organization, to help lead day-to-day operations in a therapeutic group home setting.

What You'll Do:
Supervise day-to-day residential operations and direct care staff
Provide structure, emotional support, and crisis intervention for residents
Manage behavior plans and ensure medication compliance
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and compliance with DCFS standards
Handle incident reporting and ensure safety protocols are met
Lead group programming and encourage youth participation
Complete administrative tasks, supply ordering, and participate in on-call rotations

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required)
3+ years of residential youth care experience
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with DCFS standards and trauma-informed care

Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and on-call
Valid driver’s license and insurance
