Job Description:
We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in wealth management offices. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients, managing their annuities and investment accounts, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and transactions related to annuities and investments.
- Handle client communications, including calls, emails, and in-person drop-ins.
- Prepare accurate account summaries and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all transactions.
- Efficiently manage multiple service requests daily.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Redtail, Salesforce, or similar for client account management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a wealth management support role.
- Strong knowledge of annuities and investment products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.).
- A problem-solver with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
