Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Forklift Certified)

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including pulling and preparing orders, restocking inventory, operating a sit-down forklift, and occasionally making minor deliveries using a pickup truck. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and prior forklift operation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Restock and organize warehouse inventory
• Safely operate a standard sit-down forklift as needed (not a full-time operator role)
• Perform routine warehouse upkeep including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with minor local deliveries in a company-provided pickup truck, as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory and operational needs

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of general warehouse experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated ability to operate a standard sit-down forklift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for delivery duties)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with basic warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) is a plus

Work Environment:

• Primarily warehouse setting with occasional driving for deliveries
• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and varying temperatures
• Standard work hours with occasional overtime as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general warehouse experience preferred
