As a regional manager, you're responsible for the staffing, profit, performance and other operations at each branch you manage. Your job includes instructing branch management and supervisors at every location and reporting your regional branches' performance to upper management.
Regional Staffing Manager job duties
Oversee the operations of multiple office or business branches
Guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors
Mentor employees and suggesting training programs
Overseeing the recruitment of employees in your region
Reviewing the key performance indicators of your region
Negotiate contracts with our customers in your region
Seeking new business opportunities in their region and securing contracts for the company
Securing long-term relationships by maintaining practical client relations
Following programmed management principles to execute and plan various team activities.
Develop business, marketing and advertising plans
Plan and evaluate operations to be cost-effective
Ensure employees reporting to them follow company standards and procedures
Prepare quarterly and yearly reports, analyses, statements and reports on finances and operations
Enforce the companies’ rules and regulations
Ensure the completion of paperwork from your region
Interview candidates and manage staff
Develop project plans and assigning regional project personnel
Prepare performance reports for presentation to senior management
Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events
Maximize company profits at the branches you supervise
