Confidential Search Solutions (CSS) is partnering with a well-respected boutique law firm in Houston seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex insurance and coverage issues

• Draft high-quality legal briefs, motions, correspondence, and opinion letters

• Review, interpret, and summarize detailed contracts and legal documents; provide strategic recommendations

• Assist in all phases of arbitration, mediation, litigation, and court hearings

• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of dedicated insurance defense experience

• Strong understanding of insuring agreement language, particularly in homeowner claims

• Ability to evaluate coverage issues and apply policy language effectively

• Preferred: Experience defending bad faith property litigation

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; boutique firm experience a plus
