The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, communication, research, and writing skills, and brings 3+ years of insurance defense experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle case files from inception through resolution

• Prepare client reports and maintain ongoing communication

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Investigate case facts and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials

Requirements:

• Active Texas Bar license (required)

• 3–7 years of insurance defense experience

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
