Collaborate with installers to remove old windows and doors and install new units per manufacturer specs. Measure openings, level window frames, secure units, and apply sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing. Assist with trim carpentry, caulking, and finish work. Safely perform heavy lifting and material handling on-site. Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety standards. Monday - Friday 8A-5P
