Location: Parkersburg, WV
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday| 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable Production Shift Supervisor to oversee nightly operations and ensure customer needs are consistently met. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a production team of approximately 6 employees (with potential to grow as needed).

• Oversee multiple production lines to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Ensure that customer requirements and production schedules are met.

• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work overnight/3rd shift consistently.
