Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder (All Experience Levels)

Position Overview:

We are seeking MIG & TIG Welders of all skill levels—from beginners ready to learn to experienced welders looking for their next big project. In this role, you’ll join a skilled fabrication team working on a variety of metal types and project scopes, with opportunities to expand your skills and travel to job sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, sheet metal, piping, and structural components

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment

Inspect welds for accuracy and quality

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Travel to various job sites as desired (optional or frequent travel available)

Qualifications:

MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred (training available for beginners)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (willing to train)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Willingness to travel, with flexibility in scheduling

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various positions
