Capital Campaign Coordinator
Hours: Part-Time – Up to 80 hours per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Capital Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our museum’s capital campaign. This part-time position plays a key role in donor outreach, fundraising coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of the campaign strategy and timeline
Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and follow-ups
Support fundraising events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
Maintain donor database and ensure accurate campaign tracking
Collaborate with museum volunteers, staff, and the Board of Trustees
Prepare campaign reports and updates as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, or event coordination preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software (preferred)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for the arts, culture, or nonprofit sector a plus
Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours up to 80 hours per month
