Capital Campaign Coordinator
Hours: Part-Time – Up to 80 hours per month


About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Capital Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our museum’s capital campaign. This part-time position plays a key role in donor outreach, fundraising coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the campaign strategy and timeline

  • Coordinate donor communications, acknowledgments, and follow-ups

  • Support fundraising events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation

  • Maintain donor database and ensure accurate campaign tracking

  • Collaborate with museum volunteers, staff, and the Board of Trustees

  • Prepare campaign reports and updates as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fundraising, nonprofit administration, or event coordination preferred

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Passion for the arts, culture, or nonprofit sector a plus

Schedule: Flexible, part-time hours up to 80 hours per month
