We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Administrator / Research Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), has excellent written communication skills, and can take initiative while meeting tight deadlines. This role combines administrative support with light research duties, including attending corporate meetings and preparing professional meeting notes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the team and management
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attend meetings and document key points
Assist with drafting and editing resumes, reports, and other professional documents
Conduct basic online research and summarize findings clearly
Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Support special projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
