Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily schedules for our technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician routes

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed

• Support field technicians with real-time information and updates

• Handle emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner
