Millwright / Skilled Laborer

We are seeking experienced Millwrights / Skilled Laborers to join our team for machinery and equipment installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, assembling, and aligning a variety of mechanical equipment. Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools, hoists, cranes, and other equipment to install machinery.
• Ensure all machinery is installed safely and accurately according to specifications.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machinery and equipment installation is required.
• Strong knowledge of industrial tools, installation practices, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work full scheduled hours.
• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and working in various environments.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
