An HR Officer is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance with company policies, ensuring a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and assist in setting performance goals for employees.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating and communicating policies as necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee compensation to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in HR or related roles is expected, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
