Production Associate

Now hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Wadsworth for 1^st shift, 7am – 3pm.

Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling and checking product parts, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the shipment of items.  

Job Duties:

• Set-up, operate, and change fixtures or belts.
• Blend or grind parts for excellent cosmetic quality.
• Perform finishing options at a machine or bench.
• Position small parts and clip parts together.
• Spray paint parts and replace raw materials.
• Complete checks on equipment and products to ensure quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 6-months to 1-year experience in machine operating.
• Ability to read and understand measuring instruments.
