General Apartment Maintenance

Now hiring a General Apartment Maintenance Worker for a company in Akron.

1^st Shift: 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

The General Apartment Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties at residential apartment complexes.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid emergency repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Ensure full completion of all orders, both written and verbal.
• Assist with property upkeep including grounds maintenance, snow removal, and trash pickup as needed.
• Maintain records of completed tasks and report any issues.

Requirements:

• Must have own screwdriver set, hammer, wrenches, pliers, and drill with bits.
• Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
