Maintenance Technician

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Norton.

2^nd shift: 3pm – 11pm, $17 per hour.

Training will be 2-4 weeks on 1^st shift, 7am – 3pm at $16 per hour.

Weekly pay.

Job Duties:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on machinery and equipment.
• Tear down, diagnose, and rebuild machines as needed.
• Identify mechanical and operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
• Document repairs and communicate equipment issues with the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience in general mechanics, machine repair, or industrial maintenance.
• Electrical knowledge is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
