Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files
- Load programs, set tooling, and perform machine offsets
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and tolerances are met
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adjust machine parameters to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and G-code
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with [specific machines: Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, etc.]
- Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Tooling and fixture setup experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to [XX] lbs
