Press Brake Operator

Now hiring Press Brake Operators for a manufacturing company in Strongsville for 1^st shift.

Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 4pm.

Potential overtime on Fridays.

Weekly pay starting at $16.25 per hour.

A Press Brake Operator sets up and runs industrial machines to precisely bend, fold, and shape metal sheets according to engineering drawings.

Job Duties:

• Set-up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine the required specifications.
• Select the appropriate tooling, dies, and machinery settings for each bending operation.
• Position metal plates and sheets onto the press brake machine and properly align.  
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and depth.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to reduce downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a press brake operator is required.
